Fulfilling day

Finally back at home feeling really tired. Fell asleep early last night and woke up at 4.30am today, tried to sleep but i couldn't. Told myself that i need to get some rest because i am meeting Xinping at noon. Tossed and turned in bed and i managed to get my eyes closed and just then my mum came knocking on my door at 6am and told me that there was a huge cat (loitering around our shoes rack) attempting to walk in to our house. Seriously 6 in the morning? At the crack of dawn? The fugly cat just eaten my hamster away,what else does it want... Feeling super paranoid for the whole morning,i just couldn't make myself fall asleep back. I used to love "small" animals,including stray cats (not just domestically adopted ones) but because of the incident that happened yesterday,i am now in full support of Singapore engaging in routine culling of stray cats. To some, i may be just being shallow, because of an incident i am in support of a rather heartless act but it has really hit me hard. Even if this concern the animal welfare,i believe that if there are so many noble cat lovers out there,they should jolly well bring those cats home and tame them,their existence of straying around brings no benefits to the society. I don't think this act should be classified as animal cruelty. When sterilisation does not come in handy as a more humane and effective method of controlling the stray population,culling should come in place.
Did a few research recently, i just think that the figure of stray cats being culled HAS TO BE INCREASED. I am not going to get back at the huge cat for eating up my hamster and beat the shit out of it because it makes no difference for me being an animal abuser. The stray cats around my estate need to be destroyed in the hands of AVA. 



On a brighter side,i finally met up with Xinping today..That girl...haven't been seeing her ever since uni started and i missed her so much because she is one of those very few who will truly understand me. I just had a terrible month and had so much to tell her. We shared our respective problems, just realised that actually everyone has their own set of problems and worries,i shouldn't actually view mine as something major..Talking to her made me felt so much better emotionally.

Today was rather a fulfilling day for me too,left SSC at around 5pm but i told myself that i didn't want to go home early so i decided to cab back to my former workplace! Really happy to see my ex colleagues,i find my day very fulfilling because i have been wanting to see them ever since i left my workplace during early May so this is now removed from my to-do list! I actually changed into a romper because i am visiting my former workplace afterall, don't think its appropriate to wear an off shoulder (fearing tongues will wag) and a skorts? Even though a romper is not a proper work attire but my status is now a visitor so its definitely okay..





Ordered the Danish Fish and chips,yummy! Tried before the New york and Singapore one,felt like i still prefer the New york one more.



The only thing good about this picture is my hair colour...

Ordered the giant squid and shared with Xinping, felt that the sauce was a little too pungent,making the whole squid reek of fishy smell. Not to my liking, it wasn't very expensive.  Worth the $6.95 because the squid was a palm-sized huge.
